HighLevel is committed to delivering secure products. HighLevel Security Response team (“The Team”) attempts to monitor, identify, investigate, resolve and respond to security vulnerabilities related to its products.

Monitoring Vulnerabilities

As part of our quest for security, The Team monitors the various security forums, including the US-CERT, National Vulnerabilities Database, Bugtraq and others to identify any vulnerabilities reported on HighLevel products or on the third-party software used  by HighLevel's products.

Listening to Customers/Prospects/Researchers

In addition to monitoring vulnerabilities itself, The Team encourages HighLevel customers and community members to report suspected vulnerabilities in HighLevel’s products by notifying [email protected] if they believe they have discovered a security vulnerability. 

Responding to Reported Vulnerabilities

After receiving information about a suspected vulnerability, The Team works with our internal product experts to validate the claim, investigate the cause, and pursue remedial measures and fixes. Once a solution has been identified, it is patched/applied to the platform and services.HighLevel’s actions and responses to alleged security vulnerabilities on third party software incorporated into the HighLevel product depends on the responsiveness of the third party who owns the software. 

HighLevel Products Usage, Support & Maintenance

The usage, support and maintenance for third-party products incorporated into HighLevel’s platform are governed by the respective license agreement between HighLevel and that third party. HighLevel Customers’ usage of HighLevel’s platform is governed by our Terms of Service. The information provided herein does not modify, amend, or otherwise change the nature of those existing agreements.

Any information provided to HighLevel regarding a suspected or discovered vulnerability in HighLevel products is considered confidential and is solely owned by HighLevel.
