If you or your team spend a lot of time making calls, HighLevel’s power dialer can make things a lot easier. Instead of dialing numbers one by one or juggling a bunch of notes, you can set up an automated system that organizes your call list and moves through leads for you. It’s a simple way to keep track of calls, log outcomes, and stay focused on talking to customers rather than managing a messy call process.

How It Works

The power dialer is built around two main parts:

  1. Manual Call Actions in Conversations
    Head over to the Conversations page and click on Manual Actions. This is where you’ll see all the calls that need to be made. Instead of searching for numbers or keeping a separate list, everything is right there, ready to go.

  2. Workflows to Automate Call Lists
    Instead of adding calls manually, you can set up a workflow that does it for you. Go to Automations, create a workflow, and add a Manual Action to Call step. This way, whenever a specific trigger happens—like adding a tag to a contact or updating a pipeline—the system adds that contact to your call list automatically.

Setting It Up

Here’s how you can get started with the power dialer:

  • Go to Conversations > Manual Actions to see your call list.

  • Create a workflow in Automations that includes the Manual Action to Call step.

  • Set a trigger (like a tag or pipeline change) so contacts are added automatically.

  • Assign calls to specific team members (optional, but helpful for teams).

  • Start dialing! The system will call each number, and you can log the outcome as you go.

Once a call is completed, you can mark it as No Answer, Busy, Voicemail, or Completed before moving on to the next one. There’s also a progress bar so you can see how far you’ve gotten in your list.
