Are you unable to log into your HighLevel Account?
If you have another Agency Admin level user who you can contact, they can actually update your password for you! This way you don't need to wait any longer to access your account.
All they need to do is head into their HighLevel Account, the same one you log into at app.gohighlevel.com/settings/team (unless you use a whitelabel domain, that works as well.)
Then have them locate your user, edit your user setting by updating it to a password you both know.
After saving, you can log in with the password you both know.
Now you can repeat the steps on your own account to change your password to something only you know.
