JC Hite

JC Hite is the founder and CEO of Hite Digital International, one of the fastest-growing agencies in the US. With a passion for business and people, Hite has not only scaled to 16 offices in the US and LATAM in the first year, but also created a disruptive model that enables faster and more efficient growth for agencies through franchising.

JC Hite holds a BS in Business from Harding University. A consummate entrepreneur, he worked in finances, developed a language learning app, and worked for one of the largest PPC agencies in the US before leaving to found Hite Digital. He contributes to several online publications, including Forbes and Entrepreneur and runs an online agency community called the Digital Agency Hacker.

JC spends his time between Nicaragua and Arkansas along with his wife and two children.

Paulson Thomas

HighLevel's Director of Business Development, and previous marketing agency founder, is an industry thought leader with building software businesses from the ground up. In addition, his marketing and software expertise ranges from healthcare, automotive and real estate. His decade of entrepreneurial insights has allowed him to empower marketers from all over the world to help launch digital online businesses in both local and B2B markets alike.

Paulson is one of the pioneer leaders behind the rise of HighLevel's SaaSPRENEUR movement in the world of marketers that are adding SaaS to their portfolio. With HighLevel’s operating system, Paulson continues to propel over 70,000 marketers and digital citizens today while serving small businesses with his strategies converting companies into subscription model software businesses. He also received his MBA in Finance from University of Houston.

John "JB" Bermudez

John "JB" Bermudez, a seasoned SaaS professional with eight years of dedicated service to the SMB community. With expertise in sales, training, coaching, and implementation, JB is driven by his curiosity for what's the next best way to evolve and grow with the times.

JB will be instrumental in helping our HighLevel community integrate AI into their business models using the HighLevel platform and our newly launched 5 Day AI Challenge. JB's focus is to empower SaaSPRENUERS of all levels and experience with the tools and best practices to educate and help implement AI to businesses they serve.

Guided by the principle "If it's to be, it's up to me," JB is committed to making a positive impact in the HighLevel Community. As the newest addition to the Business Development team at HighLevel, he looks forward to contributing to the company's future endeavors and serving the HighLevel Family and Customer community.
