NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN HIGHLEVEL’S MONTHLY AFFILIATE CONTESTS (“CONTEST”). A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED
Eligibility: The Contest is open to all registered participants of HighLevel’s Affiliate Program. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Winners must be available and agree to participate in the prizes as detailed on gohighlevel.com/dreamcontest, and Winners must agree to sign a media release. If a selected winner is unable to participate in all the prize activities and/or refuses to sign a media release, HighLevel reserves the right to select a new winner. Employees of HighLevel and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Sponsor: The Contest is sponsored by HighLevel Inc. (“Sponsor”).
Agreement to Rules: By participating in the Contest, entrant accepts these Contest Rules and the winner decisions of the Sponsor, which are final, binding, and at Sponsor’s sole discretion. To be eligible to win, entrants must comply with these Contest Rules and be in compliance with HighLevel’s Terms of Service and Affiliate Agreement. Additionally, all submissions must be compliant with the terms of the conditions of the applicable social media platform on which your content submission is posted.
Contest Period: HighLevel will accept entries until December 15, 2023 at 11:59pm PST. Winners will be selected and notified via email to the email used in contest entry. HighLevel reserves the right to change the Contest Period in its sole discretion without notice.
HOW TO ENTER: Limit one (1) entry per Affiliate. To enter, visit gohighlevel.com/dreamcontest and fill out the submission form by providing a link to your content submission, your Affiliate link, and your First Promoter email address. By entering, you agree that HighLevel may repost, share, and otherwise distribute your submission for the purposes of marketing HighLevel and/or other contests.
SELECTION OF WINNER AND NOTIFICATION: Contest winners will be chosen based on criteria determined at HighLevel’s sole and absolute discretion and subject to entrant’s adherence to these Contest Rules. Criteria is subject to change. Winners will be selected after the Contest Period ends. HighLevel will publicly announce the winners via Facebook Live and posting in the HighLevel Affiliate Community. If a selected winner is determined to be in violation of these Contest Rules, or if a selected winner resides in a jurisdiction where such contests are prohibited or the selected winner is not considered a legal adult, prize money will not be distributed, and HighLevel reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
PRIZES AND ACTIVITIES: HighLevel intends to select three (3) winners in its sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all taxes and reporting requirements related to any prizes received from the Contest. Prizes and activities are non-transferrable and have no cash value.
Finalists and Winner must be compliant with HighLevel’s Affiliate Agreement and must sign a media release. Prizes and Activities include:
Grand Prizes (1 Grand Prize Winner)HighLevel Sponsored Trip (at a date TBD, but prior to July 31, 2024) with travel stipend for HighLevel Sponsored Trip
Up to $4000 for airfare
Up to $6000 for hotel costs
Up to $1500 Visa gift card.
Prizes for Finalists (3 finalists)Travel to Las Vegas January 9th-11th, 2024 to attend Traffic and Conversion Summit 2024, participate in Grand Prize Dream Contest Reveal, and other marketing needs as deemed necessary
Traffic and Conversion Summit 2024 Networking Pass (provided by Company)
Up to $1250 for round-trip airfare (booked by Company)
Up to $1500 for hotel for two nights (booked by Company)
Up to $500 Visa gift card (provided by Company)
Finalist Required Activities:Participation in at least one (1) HighLevel team luncheons (time and location to-be determined on event schedule and will be told prior to event date start)Create and post two (2) marketing videos at least two (2) minutes in length that highlight the HighLevel Affiliate Program, what the Affiliate achieved, and how they won the HighLevel Vegas trip
Winner Required Activities: Create and post three (3) marketing videos at least three (3) minutes in length that highlight the HighLevel Affiliate Program, what the Affiliate achieved, and how they won the HighLevel Sponsored Trip, etc.
Create five (5) photos of the HighLevel Sponsored Trip with Winner’s face visiblePost about the HighLevel Sponsored Trip at least twice in HighLevel’s Facebook group
GENERAL CONDITIONS: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, or if the Contest is unable to run as planned for any reason, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrants who are found to have tampered with the entry process, interfered with operation of the Contest, violated the Contest Rules, or otherwise behaved in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Contest Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold the Sponsor harmless from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, Sponsor’s liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest, but in no event will Sponsor’s liability exceed $500USD, nor will entrant be entitled to receive attorneys fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any punitive, consequential or indirect damages.
DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest shall be subject to the arbitration clause in HighLevel’s Terms of Service. These Contest Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
PRIVACY: All information collected by entrants to subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
